The challenge
The team was running day-to-day operations across several disconnected spreadsheets, with no single view of what was in progress, who owned what, or where things stood at any given moment.
The approach
We designed a single internal system around the team's real workflow — from intake through completion — with role-based views so each person saw exactly what was relevant to their part of the process, and a shared dashboard for leadership to see everything at once.
The result
One shared system replaced a half-dozen spreadsheets, cutting the time the team spent reconciling data and giving leadership real-time visibility they didn't have before.
