The challenge
The consultancy relied almost entirely on referrals, and their existing website wasn't built to convert the cold traffic they needed to reach in order to grow. Pages loaded slowly, the site wasn't clear about what the consultancy actually offered, and there was no real path from "visiting" to "booking a consultation."
The approach
We rebuilt the site in Webflow around a clear service structure and a single, repeated conversion path — consultation booking — surfaced on every page. Content was restructured around the actual questions prospective clients ask, and the whole build was optimized for speed and mobile, since most traffic arrived from social referrals on phones.
